Numbers read from the title block
Show SketchWeave where the sheet number and name sit on your title block once. Every page of every set after that is read for you, and it remembers the boxes for that set.
Pillar 02 · Drawing Set Management
Drop in a full PDF set and SketchWeave reads every sheet number and name off your title block, splits the set into sheets, and files each page as a new sheet or a new version of the one you already have.
A drawing management platform
Find drawings and markups, put sets together for internal review, and assemble the final submission in SketchWeave. With the latest information in one place, everyone can focus on the work.
What it does
Show SketchWeave where the sheet number and name sit on your title block once. Every page of every set after that is read for you, and it remembers the boxes for that set.
A page whose number a sheet already has becomes that sheet's next PDF version; the rest become new sheets. Earlier versions stay one click away.
A cover page or a number the title block got wrong is flagged before anything is imported. Untick it, or correct the number in place.
Scroll the set as a deck of sheets with their numbers, names and status. Pick a sheet to open its drawing, mark it up, or see what it holds.
Bring a single PDF holding the whole set, or a folder with one PDF per sheet. Each page is cut out and uploaded as its sheet is made.
Each sheet carries its status, notes and attachments, so the set tells you where it stands without a separate spreadsheet.
Master drawing set topology
SketchWeave maps the references between views: the plan, the sections cut from it, the details they call up, and the sheet each one lives on. You can check that every callout points somewhere real before the set goes out, which is where coordination errors usually hide.
